Wedding planning involves different things from various interests of people. Like, the bride wants to have elegant and stylish wedding dress, the groom is planning for traditional wedding cards, and your family might be looking for the food & catering, but with all perspectives, everyone wants to have glass of wine in their hands. With all you have to plan for your special day, from flowers, decorations to the guest list, choosing wine according to food is also a must have thing. Selecting wine depends on personal taste & convenience. Before deciding white, reds or roses consider wedding menu & season as all three can be presented in style. Choosing wines for dinner and parties is a simple task but deciding it for larger scale can be a daunting one, here is the way:

Consider the colors of season

According to the traditions, seasons define the right choice of wine. As our acceptance, white wine is equivalent for summer & spring celebration and red wine is compatible for summer and spring wedding. But, it's not the matter of seasons, and people like to have their favorite wine whenever they want to.

About the menu

It's easy to acknowledge that the dishes & wines that carry similar taste & flavors will complement each other. It's not essential to pair the food with wines, but you can find the compatible one. You can have red or white wine on a medium to a lighter side for chicken. Greek wines are perfect for fishes & seafood. Bolder white or white burgundy wine goes with pork.

Chilled the wine

Chill the wine appropriately; serving of the wine transform it from ok to extraordinary and it makes the difference. Keep wines away from heat exposure & sunlight and assure the quality by storing it in a wine fridge or cellar.

If you are in a hurry, you can get the chilled wine quickly. You need to fill a bucket with an equal amount of ice & water and a dash of salt, a bottle of wines get chilled in less than 30 minutes.

Stock it up

It's always better to leftover at the end, because it can be disappointing for you and the guests that running out of the stock mid of the reception. If you are considering maximum three glass of wine for each than it is more than enough, you will have some remaining wine bottles for sure.
